Unfortunately, Publisher installation removes all settings from old version.
To preserve them, you may to save the following registry folders:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMiraplacidPublisher - Common settings
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMiraplacidPublisher - Personal settings
After new version install, you will be able to load these settings back into registry.
You will do that at your own risk, because settings are bound to Publisher printers.
